Cookie Policy
Placeholder draft · Last updated 6 July 2026
Placeholder draft — this document has not yet completed legal review and is not legal advice. Final text must be reviewed before client contracting.
1. Consent categories
OgmaQ groups cookies and similar browser storage into four consent categories:
- Strictly necessary — sign-in and session security, tenant routing, and essential app preferences. These are required for the service to work and are always on.
- Functional — optional convenience features. Off by default; only used with your consent.
- Analytics — optional usage measurement. Off by default; only used with your consent.
- Marketing — optional marketing-related storage. Off by default; only used with your consent.
2. Current state
OgmaQ currently has no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts configured. The consent controls exist so that any future optional category is off until you allow it.
Consent decisions are versioned. If the consent wording or categories materially change, the app asks for a fresh decision rather than carrying an old choice forward.
3. Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the in-app cookie preferences (Account → Privacy) or through the consent banner when it is shown. Strictly necessary storage cannot be switched off, because the app cannot keep you signed in or route you to your tenant without it.
4. How we keep this policy accurate
Before this policy is finalised for legal review — and periodically afterwards — we check that it still matches the product:
- A browser storage and cookie scan of the deployed app and public site.
- Confirmation that no third-party analytics, marketing, session-replay or advertising scripts load at all (none are currently configured).
- Confirmation that the consent categories map to the real implementation.
- Confirmation that preferences can be changed at any time from Account → Privacy in the app.
If this page and the product ever disagree, we correct whichever is wrong, so that this page always discloses at least everything that actually runs.
5. Contact
Privacy and cookie questions: [email protected] (general contact: [email protected]). These role-based aliases route to the OgmaQ team; [email protected] is the general contact if you are unsure which to use.
