Support
Placeholder draft · Last updated 7 July 2026
Placeholder draft — this document has not yet completed legal review and is not legal advice. Final support terms will be set out in the applicable customer agreement.
1. Purpose
This page describes how OgmaQ currently handles support requests. It is a placeholder statement, not a service-level agreement. Any binding support commitment is defined only in an order form or customer agreement, subject to commercial and legal review.
2. Support contact
Support requests are handled by email at [email protected]. Dedicated support routing may be introduced as part of first-client onboarding.
3. Support availability
Support is currently provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis during normal working hours. No specific hours of cover, response time, or availability level are promised in this placeholder statement.
4. No formal service-level agreement by default
No SLA by default. This statement makes no uptime, response-time or service-credit commitment. Any service-level agreement, service credits or defined response targets apply only where separately agreed in an order form or customer agreement, and require commercial and legal review before they are offered.
5. Security and vulnerability reports
Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported through the responsible disclosure process at [email protected], rather than through normal support. This helps route security issues to the right place quickly.
6. Customer agreement controls
Where a signed customer agreement is in place, its support terms take precedence over this placeholder statement. Support boundaries, scope and any commitments are defined there — see the Terms of Service.
7. Contact
General and support enquiries: [email protected]. Role-based aliases ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) route to the OgmaQ team; [email protected] is the general contact if you are unsure which to use.
